    Clarissa manages client projects, creates custom experiences and solutions, leads business development opportunities, and shapes internal teams.

    Co-Founder & Lead Service Designer

    Founded in 2020 by Clarissa and 2 others, she had a highly dynamic opportunity which entailed standing up the business, working with legal firms, and organizing finances in addition to leading the customer experience strategy, user research, and designing and prototyping the desktop and mobile interfaces.

    Note: Clarissa left the company in 2023.

  • Streamline the Shine, Hilton Hotels

    Senior Service Designer, CX and Innovation

    The Innovation Team conducted 2 on-property tests in 700 hotels resulting in cutting down housekeepers’ time in overnight rooms and repurpose time to other areas of the hotel.

    Clarissa led and conducted user research, partnered with firms to design in-room collateral, and grounded each in-property test in insights and learnings.

  • Homes & Villas, Marriott International

    Senior Program Specialist, CX Innovation

    Marriott entered the home sharing industry in 2018 and as early as 2021, the platform, Homes & Villas by Marriott International, grew its inventory 160 percent in 2020. This began as a pilot program with 200 homes in London.

    Clarissa supported the design of the end-to-end guest experience of the pilot. This included conducting guest research, creating product and service experiences, and working with operational partners to ensure seamless delivery of every high-quality experience.

  • All-Inclusive Platform, Marriott International

    Senior Program Specialist, CX Innovation

    Marriott launched an all-inclusive platform in response to guests wanting luxury worry-free vacations. By leveraging its current renowned brands, Marriott plans to add 19 all-inclusive resorts to its portfolio.

    Clarissa, alongside 2 other designers, supported everything from strategy and positioning, to research and guest experiences concepting, to partnering with development teams, to developing an implementable roadshow. Working hand-in-hand with brand leaders, the team not only created unparalleled experiences but ensured that each distinct brand voice was shining through in every detail at a new and larger scale.
